20- 2 Count flutter kicks

Strength:

5 x 5 Front squat

Build to heavy 5 rep

1-2:00 rest

WOD

25 OH Squats

Then 3 Rounds of:

10 Burpees

50 Double Unders (2:1)

12 KB High Pulls Rx- 70/55 F- 55/ 35 L- 44/26 or lower

Then:

15 OH Squats

OH Squats-Rx 135/95 F- 95/ 55 L- 65/Bar
