A) EMOM x10

Jump rope the whole time, x1 burpee at top of the minute, add a burpee each additional minute.

B) Pistol’s practice 5-10 min

Then EMOM x6, 3/side each min, do assisted if necessary.


100 push ups

75 air squats

50 sit ups

25 burpees

900 run or row 1k

L- x25 of each, two rounds total
